About Kyle Hood

Kyle Hood has been helping people buy and sell real estate in Arkansas since earning his license in 2002. He is the broker at Arkansas Real Estate Collective in Russellville.

Kyle brings something most agents don't. He spent years in the county land records, leading a project to digitize and index deed, mortgage, and court records across three counties for a title company. He then spent nearly two decades researching title, negotiating with landowners, and working through the details of complex property transactions across Arkansas. For his clients, that means fewer surprises. He knows how to read a chain of title, catch problems early, and keep a deal moving toward closing.

Kyle is also an active real estate investor and property manager. He sees every transaction from both sides of the table, and he can talk through the numbers with first-time homebuyers, sellers, and investors alike.

Kyle loves working in the River Valley. He knows its communities and courthouses well, and he enjoys helping neighbors find the right home, land, or investment. He works with buyers and sellers alike, and he takes the same approach with both: listen first, explain every step, and protect his client's interests from the first conversation to the closing table.

Outside of work, Kyle is a husband and a father of three. Family is a big part of why he cares about helping others find a place to call home.
